Little Sumpin' Extra Ale

As the other two varieties of this ale are among my favorites, I just had to pick this up. As well as because this is the first Lagunitas package I've found to list the brewery as being from Petaluma & Chicago! Welcome to the hood Lagunitas! Anyway, this is what I'd expect: very light color, ample bitterness and a clean smooth flavor. Hides the booze, though I've been drinking 10% ABV home brews lately and I can't taste it either! Another solid brew! ID

Clown Shoes Space Cake Double IPA

This beer has a nice caramel color and a smooth flavor with a sharp but perfect bitter bite on the back end. I've been drinking mostly my own beer lately, hence the fifth of posts, but this has to be the best double IPA in a bottle that I've had in a long time! Wicked nice!
