Pennsylvania Tuxedo Pale Ale with Spruce Tips

A wonderful soft flavorful ale. Man, DFH is just in a class by themselves! Always good. My only complaint is the smell is funky like a cheap lager, I don't know why. But a great drink! MB

Whiplash White IPA

Kind of a grainy sort of aroma. The taste is bitter up front, then a bit of sweetness, finished with the grainy "white" flavor I associate with things like Blue Moon. Overall, it is a pleasant combination. ID

Blood of the Unicorn Hoppy Red

I always enjoy a hoppy red, which is why I picked this up. This has a bit of hoppy flavor and a good amount of bitterness. Smooth and creamy, this is a good easy drinking can. This up and coming brewer makes some good stuff that is right up my alley! MB

Blue Sunday Sour

I'm still new to this sour genre. No surprise, it is sour! At first it was overpowering, like the last sour I rated. But after a few sips the sour is still strong and prominent, but there is a dryness, almost a wine-like quality. This is a slow sipper for sure. Last time I had to put down a 10 oz glass, but this time it's a full bomber to down! Gonna have a sour belly after this one, but I was in the mood for this. ID?

AleSmith Extra Pale Ale

Slight hop aroma. Thin body and dry grain flavor. A tiny sourness. Good enough, but nothing special. ID

Lizard King Mosaic Hopped Pale Ale

A very strong and pleasant smell and taste of Mosaic hops. I love this level of hop commitment! It is a pale ale, so OK, but I'd rather this be an IPA, with a little more flavor and body. But this is a pleasant easy-drinking beer to me, but stay away if you're put off by crazy amounts of hop scent and flavor. This is what I crave. MB
