Bitter, really bitter but not bad. A little complicated flavor, which may be the green tea. Soft on the tongue, hard on the throat. An interesting treat. You'd never know the alcohol was so high. Proceeds benefit Japanese Earthquake & Tsunami Relief Fund. I so love my charity work! ID
