Gumballhead

I've been gone awhile. Not that I've stopped drinking new beers! Just the damn Blogger app on my Android phone now crashes whenever I try to take a picture of a beer and make a post. Ughhh! Anyway, sitting at a desktop here, cause I have too many good beers in the fridge to drink without rating!

Alright, this is one, of many to come, from my home-base brewery, FFF. Went a long time before having a Gumballhead, cause as a "wheat beer" it is a flavor I tend to avoid, unless there's literally nothing else on the menu. This should be promoted as the anti-wheat beer, wheat beer! It is crisp and clear with a strong hop bitterness which just demolishes the normal wheat beer grainy sweetness. And with a respectable alcohol content to boot. Of the weird beers I keep around, Gumball head seems to be a crowd-pleaser every time. So I buy it by the case! MB
