Galaxy IPA

Another in the "Single HOP Series" from this brewer. Nice choppy smell, and seriously bitter flavor with just a hint of flavor that I might say resembles sweetness, but not really. Have I been drinking so much crap light beer lately that this is too bitter?! That can't be true! Nothing is too bitter for me, but this IS bitter! Well done. ID my bitter friend, it'll do.
