Schlink Haus 2008 Qualitatswein - Nahe Riesling

I prefer sweet Rieslings, and this is not. Dry and sour, it did not complement the seafood parmesan dish I made for dinner. This did not have the sweetness I expect from this grape. It did, though pair nicely with the 88% bitter German chocolate we ate for dessert.  But, with so many wines out there this is not one to buy again. SK
