Hop Head Red Ale

A sweet grain nose, like an amber. Roasted grain flavor with pronounced bitterness. Smooth and tasty with the hops and grain really fighting an even battle for control of the flavor profile. Given the name, I was expecting more flavor hops not just bitterness. A decent red, but again given the name, I had hoped for just this roasted grain flavor, but combined with a kick ass aromatic hop flavor. I guess I've been spoiled by some such reds in the past. ID
