Mendocino Imperial IPA

A bit of hops on the nose with a smooth flavor that is just the right blend of bitter and malt. I feel like there are some hop flavors in this mix but they are very subtle, and I think this is an IPA that would have broad appeal. A little spicy on the back of the tongue makes an all-around solid ale. ID
