My Antonia Pilsner

An imperial pilsner lager from an ale brewer. A bit on the sweet side, but balanced well with hop bitterness, still maybe a little sweeter than I'd prefer. This had a huge head as you can see. Even made a second pour into a wide mug and had the same thick head. Just had to wait a bit and it calmed down, no problem unless you're dying of thirst. Solid alcohol for a pils. Great way to start an Independence Day celebration. ID
